We design and fabricate microprocessor boards for in
house use or to meet specific needs. The boards may be used as standalone unit
or part of large-scale automation system. With our skill and experience, the cost
of the board is many times lower than commercial off-the-shelf control product
in many cases. The boards are cost-effective replacement of PLC (Programmable
Logic Control) and PC. The size is much smaller too.
Shown below two versions of I/O card, both are
microprocessor-based circuit board designed and fabricated by us for automation
control of various exhibits. Left hand side one is simple bit i/o, right hand
side one contains optically isolated serial i/o:

This is another microprocessor based i/o board. This is an 8051 compatible
microprocessor based board contains 100 bit i/o on one serial port. Shown in
diagram is the first prototype. Production version of the board is under
fabrication at the time of writing this.

Diagrams below show some common application of the
mentioned microprocessor based board:
a.
Auto start an effect when visitor come near by:
b. Protection
of electrical and mechanical parts of interactive exhibit from overheat and
overuse:

c.
Sequence control:

d. Other
application examples will be shown here later…
